Size exchanges only. We exchange clothing for another size of the same item, subject to availability.
No returns or refunds. We don’t accept returns for a refund.
Conditions. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with the hang tag attached. Request the exchange within 2 days of delivery.
How to request. Send your order number and the size you need to hello@madebytale.com or WhatsApp +961 76 76 77 06. We will arrange the exchange with you on your own delivery expenses.
Damaged or wrong item. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
